NOMIの診断におけるMDCTの有用性に関する論文

・NOMIと診断された4例と、コントロール群13例について

　CTのMPR像でSMAの径を比較した。

・NOMIの4例全例で、SMAの不正な狭窄、スパスム、vasa rectaの描出不良を認め、

　血管造影の所見と一致していた。

・NOMI症例でSMAの径3.4±1.1㎜、コントロール群でSMAの径6.0±1.5㎜（p＜0.05）

　（SMAの径は、下膵十二指腸動脈分岐直下で計測）

・SMAの径に注目することで、MDCTでも血管造影と同等の有用性を持ちうる
